At one time in my life, The University of Oklahoma was only a dream. During high school I never had an ambition to go to college, only because I didn’t think it was financially possible for my family nor did I think I was capable of making it at a major university. Little did I realize the opportunities that were out there that could help make my dream of attending The University of Oklahoma a reality. After two years of a great junior college experience I transferred in the Fall of 2001 and started living my dream as a student at The University of Oklahoma.
    I attended OU from 2001 to 2004 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Straight out of college I tried a few different career paths but there is nothing quite like being apart of The University of Oklahoma so I came back to OU and was welcomed into the Recruitment Services family. This is a dream job for me as I feel I am able to give back to OU, but more importantly, give back to you the students. We want students to come to OU but more importantly we want them to feel that they are where they are supposed to be. We are all very close here at OU and are eager to welcome new additions to the Sooner family!
